Core disciplines include Transportation, Civil Site, Environmental Services, Water/Wastewater, and Support Services such as surveying, geotechnical investigation, and planning. Through these disciplines we offer traffic, roadway, transportation planning, aviation, structural (bridges and vertical), hydraulic, wastewater, water distribution, storm water, electrical, telecommunications, landscape architecture, and public outreach engineering and planning services. Company founders Hibbett Neel and Gorman Schaffer were committed to building a successful firm with a philosophy of improving the quality of life through service to the community.
