Nenya Fashion was born in Yorkshire in 2022, when successful fashion designer Yana Smaglo was forced to flee her home in Kyiv, Ukraine, when Russia invaded.
Supported by local businesswomen Antonia Kinlan and Claire Strachan, who reached into their networks for support, Yana used her vast experience and knowledge from running her own successful retail and wholesale company to open Nenya, distributing Ukrainian fashion around the globe.
The business supports the Ukrainian economy, and has fulfilled Yana's desire to integrate into her new home in the UK and pay taxes here.
Now in 14 countries across 3 continents, Nenya continues to go from strength to strength.
