The Journey of Neqmi and the Revolutionary EVA Application
In 2017, Neqmi was born out of an audacious vision: to revolutionize talent management and group dynamics within organizations. From its inception, Neqmi distinguished itself by winning prestigious competitions such as Start Up and GO, Loire Initiative, and French Tech Rhône-Alpes. These early successes laid the foundation for an ambitious entrepreneurial journey.
Between 2018 and 2020, Neqmi focused on developing and validating its concepts through rigorous proof-of-concept (POC) phases and beta tests. This period was crucial for refining Neqmi’s products and services, ensuring their effectiveness and relevance in the market. The company attracted its first clients in France, marking the beginning of its impactful solutions.
By 2020, Neqmi had officially structured the company, preparing for international expansion. This step laid the groundwork for sustained growth and adaptation of Neqmi’s solutions to a global audience.
In 2023, Neqmi expanded to New Caledonia, collaborating with local institutions such as the CCI and EGC. This collaboration opened new opportunities and demonstrated the impact of Neqmi’s solutions on the ground. Neqmi was recognized as a finalist in the Tech4Good competition in New Caledonia, solidifying its presence in the Pacific region.
Continuing this momentum, 2024 saw Neqmi extend its influence further with a robust commercial development strategy for the Pacific region. The launch of the Australiance project in Sydney marked another milestone, broadening Neqmi’s horizons and reinforcing its commitment to innovation.
Most recently, Neqmi embarked on an EdTech mission with Avance Academia in Los Angeles and the STEM American program to promote science to young minority women. These initiatives underscore Neqmi’s dedication to fostering diversity and inclusion in education, empowering the next generation of leaders in STEM fields.
