An independent restaurant group comprising of Michelin starred Restaurant St Barts (Farringdon), Nest (Hackney), and summer events business, The Nest Pop Ups.
The restaurants offer a tasting menu experience and are very much produce driven. We work with the very best producers/suppliers in the UK, including Shrub Provisions, Flying Fish & Alternative Meats. The drinks lists, and optional pairings, have a strong focus on drinks with low-intervention production methods.
Started by three old friends Johnnie Crowe, Luke Wasserman & Toby Neill; Johnnie, former chef at Michelin starred The Harwood Arms and acclaimed Anglo, acts as Executive Head Chef, Luke oversees front of house, our wine programmes and creates most of our incredible ceramic crockery, and Toby manages the events calendar & business as a whole.
We want to create relaxed, thoughtful & personal dining experiences and provide value for money found nowhere else.
