Neumann Hospitality was founded in 2017 and evolved from the vision of Wolfgang M. Neumann building on the extensive knowledge and unique experience he gained from his executive career in the international hospitality business.
In 2021 Katia Østergaard Neumann joined as Partner and co-Managing Director adding her vast experience, knowledge and specialised skill set acquired from her career as a lawyer and executive in the Danish and Nordic hospitality and service sector.
Together they have developed a strong partnership with a passion for creating value for all stakeholders, driving sustainable change & development based on strong purpose driven leadership, while creating tangible result through people and partnerships.
