Nainesh is an executive coach and thought leader on neurodiversity in the workplace with over 20 years’ experience working collaboratively with clients by improving organisations through developing the personal skills and confidence of their people. As a parent of a child who is neurodivergent, he has lived experience of how organisations can best support those with caring responsibilities to feel included, have equity and ultimately thrive. In addition, Nainesh has a deep understanding as to how an organisation can help neurodiversity be embraced and championed in the workforce. He specialises in coaching and mentoring for working parents, and building awareness and positive impact within a workplace culture. He works with individuals and groups in presentations/workshops, one to one coaching relationships and anonymous data collection and analysis to uncover any trends those with caring responsibilities may be facing.
