Neurodivergent Support (NDspt) is a network of self-employed sole traders founded on 30 April 2025. We provide compassionate, practical, and person-led services tailored to neurodivergent adults navigating work, identity, life, and complex systems. Rooted in lived experience and inclusive values, our work empowers individuals through one-to-one support, coaching, mentoring, and advocacy. Our services include flexible support for workplace challenges, confidence building, emotional regulation, values exploration, and self-understanding. We also offer supported travel (non-wheelchair) and guidance for navigating forms and systems such as PIP, capability assessments, and health adjustment passports. NDspt also provides engaging training for organisations, professionals, and community groups to improve awareness, inclusivity, and neurodivergent-affirming practice. We specialise in low-demand environments, sensory needs, executive functioning, and creating meaningful reasonable adjustments. Each member operates independently, but follows shared values and ethics focused on choice, respect, accessibility, and person-led practice. Whether self-funding or supported, our pricing is fair and transparent. We are not here to fix neurodivergent people, we support them in shaping lives that work for them.
