NeuroFit is an advanced neurofeedback and brain health program at Recovery in Oklahoma. We can also provide information about which foods, nutrients or medications might be helping or hurting the brain’s ability to function. Each training plan includes suggestions to improve daily habits, thinking patterns, and a review of diet and nutritional health.
