Nevis Capital invests in small and medium sized businesses across the UK. Whilst our heritage is in industrial and business services, we have an appetite to back profitable established businesses across most sectors.
We are different to other funders as our team has a proven track record of successfully growing their own businesses. This means that we understand the challenges of growth first-hand, and as we only invest our own money, we are able to take a long term view with no set time frames or pressure to exit.
We are flexible in our approach and will tailor a deal to meet the vendor’s objectives. Typically, we will buy businesses outright and share some equity with the management team. We will also provide a partial exit to vendors who want to stay involved, back management teams to complete a buy-out or provide growth funding.
