New Dimensionz is an independent consulting company which has been fortunate enough to enable companies develop high performing teams. For example, I came in as CEO to a JV company which was a dysfunctional mess. Now it has internationally leading Intellectual Property developed with a high performing multi-disciplinary team, providing ROCE 2nd to none. Complex commercial multi-vendor multi-discipline negotiations are a forte of ours, after many years assisting both vendor/partners and clients. We actually like to come in before things go awry (!) putting the building blocks in place for success, which necessarily includes cultural change, process and system changes. "Cookie cutter" approaches do not work. So our initial focus is on understanding what will be realistic for your group. We make both step change initiatives and systematic, incremental improvements. These are only achievable when clients are prepared to make a frank assessment of their current state and develop realistic plans for improvements which include a holistic change management framework and have full Executive support.. Services include justification, planning, execution, management, review, and assessment of IT/OT and autonomous systems related portfolios, programs, and projects.
