Founded in 2000, we are a nonprofit org committed to creating meaningful change in the lives of underserved communities across India. We work at the grassroots to connect people to the skills, resources, and opportunities they need to build better futures.
Operating at the intersection of education, employment, wellness, and sustainability, we partner with communities, governments, corporates and civil society to address challenges collaboratively and drive lasting impact, whether it’s placing youth in jobs, empowering women, or building inclusive, future-ready communities.
We operate across Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala, and internationally in Melbourne and Boston. In 2023, we received the Award of Excellence from the Media and Entertainment Skills Council for our contribution to vocational skilling.
