We apply a model-based systems engineering approach to our design activities, characterized by use of virtual models and flexible iterative design processes to reduce development times.
Core manufacturing capability is automated and additive manufacturing (AM) of high-performance thermoplastic-based carbon composites; enabling rapid, low-energy, low-waste manufacturing. Our laser-assisted automated tape placement system with in situ consolidation of thermoplastic-based composites enables precision manufacture structures highly-tailored to performance requirements.
We also offer capability in 3D advanced diagnostics for high-fidelity modelling and performance simulation.
