I have extensive experience as a group facilitator having worked as a professional trainer in Health and Social Care for several years.
Having spent over thirty years as a health Care professional I certainly understand first hand stress in the workplace. I have also experienced bereavement, divorce and anxiety so fully appreciate personally many of life’s difficulties.
