The factory is established in 2018 by Mr.Zhang after working on a toilet paper manufacturing factory for more than 20 years. Five years ago, Mr.Zhang launched his first paper factory in Chengdu. To increase production capacity, he started a new paper converting factory in Chishui city. And the local government in Chishui city offered him a 30,000 sqm factory for cheap rent price, supporting the local bamboo industry.
After expanding, the new factory's monthly capacity is up to 1,200 tons of finished paper. The factory today manufactures 100% bamboo paper products, including bath, facial, towel, and napkins, both white and unbleached. Most of our customers are private label brands, and 50% of the production is for export.
Our customer can choose in parent reels format: 100% bamboo pulp parent reel, 1-2-3-4ply, from 13.5 gsm to 30 gsm, both white and unbleached. We are continually seeking softness, quality, strength, health, and absorbance.
