Clare is passionate about wellbeing and helping people build a resilience to life stressors to help them thrive in their work and home lives. She is a certified Cognitive Behavioural Coach, Positive Psychology and Neuro Linguistic Programming Practitioner and has also studied Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction. In addition she has a First Class Honours Degree in Psychology from Bangor University and is a qualified teacher with over a decade of experience in the classroom. This knowledge and experience provides the base for all Newset courses which bring together psychological theory with practical solutions to engage and develop the individual.
