The Newton County IDA is a public-private partnership funded by Newton County to act as the single point of contact for economic development projects within the region. NCIDA is responsible for recruiting new business and industry; working with existing business and industry on expansions and retention; developing a workforce that is "second to none" in the nation; the development of a Northeast Georgia Regional Retail Hub; and assisting our partners with maintaining the "quality of life" we all enjoy in Newton County Georgia.
