Next Generation Sector Partnerships are partnerships of businesses, from the same industry and in a shared labor market region, who work with education, workforce development, economic development and community organizations to address the workforce and other competitiveness needs of the targeted industry.
A team of four independent consultants with a similar approach to aligning workforce, education, and economic development with industry have teamed up to make the Next Gen Academy and national Community of Practice possible. They bring a unique mix of experiences and skills with a variety of state and local teams focused on building long-lasting partnerships with industry.
The National Next Gen Community of Practice provides an opportunity for peer-to-peer learning and exchange among next gen sector partnership practitioners across the country. The Community of Practice includes webinars featuring national experts and opportunities for peer exchange, tips and resources delivered to your inbox monthly, and other networking opportunities with sector partnership leaders across the country, including an annual Next Gen Sector Partnership Academy.
