National Vocational & Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC) has developed the National Employment Exchanges Tool (NEXT) under the Prime Minister’s Hunarmand Pakistan Programme. It has a robust structure which helps employers in finding the relevant job seekers using an artificial intelligence-based competency matching system that contains over 20,000 competencies covering almost all types of occupations. To enhance the coverage and access, NEXT has been linked with over 100 Job Placement Centers (JPCs) across the country that would facilitate both the employers and the job seekers in registering and uploading their credentials on the portal.
The job portal for NEXT is functional and all types of industry enterprises, firms and employers can advertise their job vacancies to invite applications from the potential job seekers free of cost.
