As a proud member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and an ICF-Certified Coach (ACC), Steve also shares insights through his career podcast.
Having personally experienced the high cost of pursuing the wrong career—investing five years and $100k in a vet degree only to find dissatisfaction in clinical practice—Steve is passionate about providing evidence-based, practical career advice. His commitment is driven by his own challenges with ineffective school guidance, ensuring that young adults receive the support they need to make informed decisions.
