NFCAP (National Flooring Contractors Apprenticeship Program) is a dedicated non-profit organization committed to bridging the skills gap within the flooring industry. Our mission is to empower individuals from low-income communities by providing comprehensive apprenticeship training that equips them with the technical skills, industry knowledge, and professional competencies needed for successful careers.
Our apprenticeship training program forms the cornerstone of our initiatives. By becoming an apprenticeship sponsor, contractors have the opportunity to hire skilled apprentices who have successfully completed our rigorous training program. In return, sponsors benefit from incentives such as tax credits, wage reimbursements, and access to a pool of trained talent.
