Ngā Pou a Tāne is an organisation which was incorporated in March 2022, to ensure Māori have a purposeful, experienced, constructive, and representative voice to influence government on behalf of Māori forestry communities and landowners. Its aim is to develop policies that further the aspirations of those communities regarding forestry value chains and prevent the negative impacts of existing and proposed legislative and policy changes.
