Stay on Top NGO is a Ukrainian non-profit organization founded in 2020 by Anna Arshynnikova, Ph.D. in Public Administration, expert in civic education, inclusive development, and public policy. The organization was created to promote democratic participation, civic literacy, and inclusive access to political knowledge. We develop educational programs and community initiatives that support youth, veterans, IDPs, and people with disabilities.
