The lab is built on the foundation of Next Gen Diversity & Inclusion Maturity Model comprising of GOLD STANDARD D&I practices. True to its entrepreneurial spirit, following are some of the key initiatives planned under the lab.
1. PILOT: Exclusive mentoring of 10 organizations which are committed to make a difference in the area of D&I
1.1 Pre & post assessment, followed by a detailed report and briefing with the leadership
1.2 Support in creating D&I Transformation Roadmap through consultations, workshops, etc.
2.Developing state-of-the-art thought ware and social communities to scale-up and sustain the D&I movement in corporate India
