Founded in 1945, the Nictus Group of Companies has a proud history rooted in southern Africa. In 1969, the company was listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE) to raise equity for regional expansion, with its core operations originally based in what was then South West Africa.
A significant milestone came in 2012 when Nictus Holdings Limited, now widely recognised as Nictus Namibia, was unbundled from the JSE-listed entity. On 21 September 2012, it achieved a primary listing on the Namibian Stock Exchange (NSX).
