In a very short period, our manufacturing and R&D teams have developed more than forty machine models in the area of confectionery manufacturing, culinary products like ketchup jam, sauce, condiment, etc. Ready to serve beverages, syrups, and crushes.
The processing plants include Jam plant, Tomato Ketchup plant, Mayonnaise plant, Beverages plant, Jelly Candy Plant. The range of machinery includes Cup Filling Machines, Spouted Pouch filling machines, Filling and Capping of all liquid and viscous foods, 3 in 1 RTS monoblock filling machine, cooler/warmer for RTS line, and in the area of confectionary we can supply jelly candy 2D & 3D depositors, lollipop depositors, Double-layer depositors, syrup making, microfilm cooker, and flavor dozing. We also manufacture Modified Atmosphere Packaging (MAP) machine for packaging variety of foods to increase their shelf life.
Our customized automation in tissue culture such as glass jar washing and drying media preparation and media packing give us the breakthrough in this sector. We serve all major tissue culture labs in India. Almost all of our major customers have given us the opportunity to serve them again, which proves the quality of our products.
