Looking back at 35 years of company history. In 1972, the former ‘Xinda’ was Zhejiang Yin County Dongwu Town Western Village Machinery Repair and Supply Factory. In 1978, it was renamed as Zhejiang Yin County Elevator Accessory Factory and in 1987 it was changed into Ningbo Xinda Elevator Accessory Factory. The company premises over an area of 196,000 m2, with a total build up florr space of 125,000 m2. Today approximately 1,200 staffs are working for Ningbo Xinda Group Co.Ltd., including about 300 professional technicians and engineers.
Within only 11 years, ‘Xinda’ has developed into a world-leading and national famous manufacturer of mechanical and electrical components with a notable market share in the fieldof elevator, escalator and screw aire compressor technology. For several years the market share of our main elevator machines has been kept over 15%, playing a leading role in the domestic market. The Group has become a candidate of the global Top 500 enterprises. It is also considered as one of the national main high-tech enterprises, and ranking as one of the largest mechanical enterprises in Zhejiang province.
