New Jersey State Nurses Association Region 3 is comprised of registered nurses living and/or working in Essex and Union counties. It also has members from other counties or states who have maintained their membership with NJSNA.
Region 3 was restructured on April 21, 1993, in response to the growing need for a concerted effort to address the constituent members at the grass root level.
PHILOSOPHY:
WE BELIEVE: Region 3 is organized for individual professional nurse members to participate in activities for the advancement of nurses and nursing, and to promote the profession as an essential, independent, and distinct social service. We further believe that Region 3 is empowered through its members.
