NLP4Kids Franchise Opportunity

NLP4Kids Ltd is a children's education franchise that specialises in working with children, teachers and parents. We provide workshops to help improve communication skills, respect and citizenship. We also provide one to one coaching sessions to help young people tackle specific emotional challenges such as stress, anxiety and depression. There are 3 levels to the NLP4Kids training programme: NLP4Kids (4 day training) NLP4Parents & NLP4Teachers (4 day training) Hypnotherapy4Kids (4 day training) Delegates can chose any of the above training levels and do not need to follow them in the order stated above, though for those who have a desire to become licenced, we recommend that you always start with NLP4Kids training first. You do not have to complete all 3 levels to become a licencee. You can become licenced at any stage of training. We request that delegate complete and pass an open book test paper based around NLP Practitioner content before attending our training. This is included in the cost of our training. Delegates can also attend our 7 day NLP practitioner course with People Building Ltd if they chose to do so. After initial training in the NLP4Kids model, practitioners then have the option to become licenced practitioners with NLP4Kids. To achieve this they must undergo a DBS check, have valid insurance, do first aid training, safe guarding training and provide a minimum of two references with their application and health check. The licencee team are also required to attend ongoing CPD to retain their licenced status. This is achieved through one to one mentoring, live monthly online webinars, forum participation, open house events at our head office and free ongoing retraining for the life of their licence. Currently all NLP4Kids practitioners are UK based with some individuals overseas achieving a trained status. In the coming years the company will build the licence model into other English speaking countries around the world.
