After a long career in Investment Banking and as a Executive Search Consultant, I felt the need to reinvent myself. My passion was, and still is today, working with people. I like people, and believe in the power of people both as individuals and as teams. I get great satisfaction when I can help my clients to overcome their self limiting beliefs that might block their potential for change and growth. I founded Rubicon Executive Coaching in 2008 , an executive and career coaching firm. I work primarily with corporate executives across a broad cross-section of industries, with a particular focus on the banking and finance sectors. My strengths lies on the ability to work across cultural boundaries and to help people transition through change whilst remaining aligned with their deep felt values. I also work as a trainer and facilitator on a series of leadership programmes (leading self, leading others, leading teams, leading culture).
