Mezcal Noble Coyote is a Oaxacan premium artisanal mezcal, from the cradle of mezcal San Luis Amatlán.
Noble Coyote’s primary goal is to produce sustainable mezcal to set an example for other producers and consumers. Mezcal takes time and effort to create, and each agave is grown from seeds. We only use agaves that are not in danger of extinction, and use the polluting waste, to produce adobe bricks and paper
Our mezcal is produced by Maestros Mezcaleros using the knowledge that has been passed down to them through generations. Every bottle of Mezcal Noble Coyote identifies the Maestro Mezcalero that made the mezcal, the village in which it was made, the type of agave used, and the lot and bottle number. In addition, our Maestro Mezcaleros are named on the labels as a guarantee of their commitment and authenticity of an ancient craft. Each of our distinctive and unique mezcals reflects the spirit of the clever, crafty and mystical coyote.
