In 2023 we co-set up the investment manager GBS REIM in partnership with GBS Finance Special Situations group, where we provide investments and asset management solutions to institucional and prívate investors niche investment thesis that creates attractive risk-adjusted returns while generates a positive impact in the challenges we face in the real estate and credit space, such us affordable housing, living and senior living, as well as alternative financing and selective opportunistic debt acquisitions
