North Shore CBT Centre offers counselling and psychological assessments for children, youth, and adults. We are a highly trained, diverse team of counsellors, psychologists, and students in training. We enjoy being a training centre for master and doctoral psychology students. As we strongly believe in access to mental health support, our students offer reduced cost and pro bono counselling sessions.
