Our flagship fund, the Northern Coast Strategic Fund "NCSF", is a mortgage-backed investment the pays monthly interest to investors. NCSF is admissible to all types of Canadian investors, and is admissible in registered accounts (RRSP, TFSA, etc.). Investors own Secured Bonds that have a fixed rate of 8.0%, and a fixed term of 10 years. This term might appear rather long to some, but NCSF also comes with the right to redeem all of part of an investment every year (starting the second year).
Best of all, NCSF has no fees. That means that investors don't pay fees when they invest, don't pay management fees while they own the investment, and don't pay fees when they leave. We pay the advisors from our funds, not the investors' funds, and we make money when the fund makes money.
