Currently, we are in the process of developing a state of the art apparel manufacturing facility spanning 22,000 square meters in northern Ghana, with operations set to commence in March. This purpose built facility feature an array of specialized spaces designed to optimize our production capabilities and promote a secure and sustainable working environment. Key components of the facility include: - Sewing Facility: A dedicated 5,000 sqm space designed for efficient production. - Cutting and Design Facility: Spanning 4,000 sqm, this area will foster creativity and precision in fabric preparation. - Warehouse Facilities: Covering 8,000 sqm, our warehousing will support streamlined logistics and inventory management. - Dining Facility: A comfortable space for employees to enjoy meals and take breaks. - In-house Clinic and Crèche: Ensuring the well-being of our workforce, will accommodate health services and childcare. - Locker Rooms and Office Facilities: Designed for security and customs officers to maintain a secure operational environment. The administration block will include a training center, a fabric library, a laboratory, a sample design and showroom facility, as well as offices, meeting rooms, a cafeteria, and a conference room—all tailored to enhance collaboration and innovation. To support our commitment to sustainable energy, the facility will feature a 500 kWp solar power system, ensuring our operations utilize renewable energy sources. Additionally, we have developed a 600,000 liters water storage management facility to harvest both underground and rainwater water, ensuring sustainable operations. Anaerobic Baffled Bio-Digester (ABBD), enabling us to convert waste into energy while underscoring our dedication to environmental stewardship. Through this facility, we aim to drive economic growth, create jobs, and promote sustainable practices within the region, making a positive impact on both the local community and the apparel industry at large.
