As a strategy consultant and ACCPH accredited life coach, I have been helping individuals, SMEs and brands find their path for more than 25 years. I have coached and mentored individuals and teams, keeping people focused, empowered and moving forward. My skills lie in personal life coaching, goal setting, 1-on-1 career strategy and helping people re-connect with their values to create a more purposeful lifestyle. After a tough few years as a single mum having to find my feet mentally, emotionally and financially, I have a particular affinity with mums who feel they have lost their way post childbirth, or after experiencing a relationship breakdown and want to switch up their lifestyle, find themselves again or get out of a rut and find a renewed purpose in life. I’m also a cracking coach for women looking to turbo boost their careers or start new adventures.
