With a BaFin*-registration we structure, realize and manage equity-, mezzanine- and debt-investments in the maritime sector for institutional investors.
Founded in 2012 by Dr. Jens Rohweder, the company is run by the founder and his co-partners Dr. Christina Stahn and Christian Bock.
Since 2012 we have realized a transaction volume and assets under management totalling USD 1.2bn.
