Nicole is passionate about helping clients achieve their nutrition and wellness goals through the implementation of realistic and maintainable lifestyle changes. Nicole specializes in weight management and has experience in counseling clients with a variety of chronic disease states, eating disorders and disordered eating. Through NourishRDN programming, Nicole strives to empower her clients to have a positive relationship with food and fitness while achieving a health promoting lifestyle.
Nicole Bodin MS, RDN is a Boston based Registered Dietitian and certified fitness instructor with a Master’s degree in Nutrition. Nicole earned her BA in Communication from the University of Maryland and her MS in Nutrition from Boston University.
