The NOVA Initiative aims to assist university students, young professionals and entrepreneurs in the entire process of developing and sustaining a new product that is globally competitive. It does so by exposing students to both virtual classroom webinars and reading material. The NOVA Initiative consists of two components: The NOVA Course and the NOVA Final Year Project.
The NOVA Course is specifically designed for engineering, science, arts, and business practitioners. Having to learn the entire spectrum of competence can take five to eight years in an internship. The structured approach of the NOVA Course not only makes it easy for student but also speeds up the learning process. M. Salahuddin Khan and Imran Khan, two of OPEN's founders, are taking the lead in delivering learning modules that will significantly speed up the learning process and introduce students to develop, productize, and globally market their ideas. They have nearly eighty years of combined experience in developing and bringing products and technologies to market.
