Nu-Star MHL design and manufacture pedestrian operated, battery-powered electric tugs. They specialise in creating bespoke solutions for industrial load movers for tugging, pushing and pulling wheeled industrial loads.
Nu-Star also carry a range of off-the-shelf products including:
Power Pusher - a pedestrian operated, electric tug unit capable of pushing, pulling and manoeuvring wheeled loads in many industrial sectors - normally used to replace a forklift truck
Super Pusher - a significantly more powerful version of the Power Pusher for handling rolling loads up to 100,000Kgs or those with high rolling resistance.
PowerTug - specifically developed to move loads up to 3,500Kgs, particularly if they have multiple swivel castors.
MUV-Electric Wheelbarrow - An electrically powered wheelbarrow with powered dump facility. Designed for internal & external use in the Construction & Tool Hire market.
MUV-Trailer Mover - Another product in the modular MUV range. Specifically developed to move trailers from 1,000 - 3,000Kgs
HD Trailer Mover - Designed & developed for moving heavier trailers, particularly launching and retrieving boat trailers on slipways
Nu-Star design, develop & manufacture all their machines in the UK. In FY17 export sales to Europe, Middle East, Australasia, Russia & Africa accounted for over 80% of total revenues.
