Our mission is to change the landscape of care by focusing on building foundations for more personalised care for the BME Communities. Our aim is to train, educate and deliver excellence in the health and social care industry. As families are now very reliant on the services provided by the Local Authorities, the services provided, although procured to meet the universal needs with specific’ medical’ requirements, does not address the cultural and racial needs of the ‘Black’ community as there appears to be little or no recognition that they have any specific traditional around their care. Seeing and experiencing too many pitfalls in the delivery of care, our drive for EXCELLENCE has led us on a journey to develop our very own care qualification, responding to the needs of our customers. Our pioneering NCA Training, will not only fully equip care givers with the highest skills, form the base which we will grow our business, and also offer peace of mind for the aging BME communities.
