Together with our sister organization, the International Nurse Coach® Association, we cultivate a worldwide community of nurses leading a holistic transformation in health & healing.

To inspire, educate, & empower nurses to be leaders in healthcare by integrating mind-body-spirit-environment principles with evidence-based nursing practice. Through nurse coaching, we aim to elevate the well-being of individuals, communities, and systems of care.
Who We Are
INCA is an Accredited Provider of Nursing Continuing Professional Development by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). Our programs help nurses expand their scope of impact—combining clinical expertise, therapeutic presence, and coaching competencies to create meaningful change in patient outcomes and in nurses’ own professional fulfillment.
What We Offer
• Integrative Nurse Coach® Certificate Program—our flagship training that prepares nurses for board certification (NC-BC).
• Specialty programs in areas such as mindfulness, hypnosis, homeopathy, end-of-life care, functional medicine for nurses/functional nursing and nutrition for nurses.
