The Institute of Nursing Science (INS) was founded in 2000 at the University of Basel as the first nursing science institute at a Swiss university, and thus is a pioneer in Swiss healthcare. • We are committed to improving health care, which is supported by our clinical and policy partnerships. • We drive the implementation of research-based innovations in healthcare. • We develop Advanced Nursing Practice and academic education at Master's and PhD level continuingly further and educate nurses for clinical leadership roles.
