My practice is based on a personalised nutrition and lifestyle approach, using the Functional Medicine model of a systems biology analysis of your health journey from birth to today, to find the root cause of your current symptoms.
Using a targeted nutrition approach, along with lifestyle management, I aim to assist you to impact your root cause and symptoms to bring you towards optimum health and wellbeing.
I offer consultations in one-to-one and group settings, both face-to-face (at The Willow Rooms, Skerries, Co. Dublin) as well as online via Skype and Zoom.
I also provide workshops in fermented foods and drinks, talks (corporate, community) on health and wellness, and collaborate with other professionals to provide health and wellness events.
