Nutrition Force is a leading nutrition education organisation, based in WA, specialising in workplace health and nutrition for kids. We know that being happy and healthy takes more than simply eating right. Good nutrition is a great start, but it’s the combination of healthy eating, exercise and mental health that form the basis of lasting wellbeing. With this in mind, our corporate wellness programs and school nutrition programs have been developed to give people the skills and strategies they need to be able to make informed choices about food and enjoy long-term health benefits. We also offer health and wellbeing programs to any organisation or individual wishing to invest in better health. Our wellness programs are fun, interactive, and based on the latest scientific research in nutrition. We also incorporate a variety of teaching methods into our workshops to make it easier for participants to make positive changes.
