My personal experience playing semi professional football and now training in the world of crossfit, really allowed me to experience for myself what the elite level athletes go through on a daily basis to get where they are. Having said this, I can provide services for sport specific training, such as footballers or rugby players, beginner training, for people that has never been to a gym or simply for intermidiate level, people that are not elite athletes but not beginners.
