The North West London Health & Social Care Skills Academy is proud to support our local community to access and progress into roles in the NHS and social care.
We are working with the Greater London Authority (GLA) and delivering the ‘good work for all’ ambition which forms part of the London Mayoral Academies Programmes.
Our aim is to raise awareness of NHS and Social Care roles across North West London, create employment opportunities and pathways with our employer partners, and develop and design training and skills programmes with education and training providers. We are working collaboratively to achieve our goals and ambitions, which are focusing particularly on supporting those hardest hit by the impact of the pandemic, and tackling the underrepresentation of BME groups within NW London.
