Oase - Hospice en Zorg Thuis kan de helpende hand bieden middels ondersteuning door opgeleide vrijwilligers thuis of bij een opname in het hospice. Zowel in de thuissituatie als in het hospice wordt medische en verpleegkundige zorg verleend door uw eigen huisarts en, indien van toepassing, door uw thuiszorgorganisatie.
Wij maken deel uit van de landelijke koepelorganisatie VPTZ Nederland.
