Our olive groves are protected by panoramic mountains and nestled in a valley of lush vertical terrain that hosts trees that have flourished for over a thousand years.
We work passionately to provide the highest quality oil, working in small batches, picking olives just before ripeness and cold-pressing within hours of harvest.
