As part of our work, we steer companies and individuals in the direction of any tax relief that they may be due.

Our team has a wealth of experience spanning all principal UK as well as international tax matters. In addition, over many years we have built a network of barristers (mainly tax counsel), lawyers, accountants, specialists in niche areas (transfer pricing, R&D, capital allowances and others) valuation experts and other relevant professionals – as well as people inside HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC). We have structures enabling us to call on the expertise and skills within this network as and when needed. The more complex matters on which we advise will usually involve prior agreement with HMRC in the form of a statutory or non-statutory clearance where that option is available.
We are primarily a business to business operation, providing our advice to the clients of firms of accountants, lawyers, IFAs and other intermediaries using a clearly defined approach.
