Obsikor Invest is an investment club based in Kortrijk, Belgium. Its members include active students as well as recent graduates.
Founded in early 2020 by 7 KU Leuven students from different educational backgrounds, Obsikor's mission is to build and share knowledge while investing in individual stocks, holdings and ETFs.
Since its creation, Obsikor Invest has already welcomed three new members.
At Obsikor, we are looking for undervalued firms with strong fundamentals for the long term. We employ some traditional financial valuation tools to identify those undervalued firms: discounted cash flow analysis, comparable company analysis and precedent transaction analysis. Those tools allow us to think strategically about the position of a firm in its industry, the growth possibilities of industries and its competitors. Our portfolio includes individual stocks, holdings and ETFs.
We come together every week to discuss the current portfolio, investment opportunities and asset allocation strategies.
